The United Irish of Dayton, Inc in partnership with Five Rivers MetroParks invites you to be a part of the ninth annual Dayton Celtic Festival. This exciting festival will be held at MetroParks’ RiverScape MetroPark in downtown Dayton, Ohio beginning Friday, July 30th, 2010 and ending on Sunday, August 1st, 2010. This family-focused event is FREE and open to the public.

The Dayton Celtic Festival will highlight the Celtic heritage through entertainment featuring internationally-known musicians, renown artisans, and exceptionally talented dancers. In addition to the high quality music and dance performances, it will provide a children’s activity area, as well as presentations by artisans, opportunities for unique vendors, and traditional Irish and Scottish food vendors as well as traditional fare. During its nine years in existence, crowd estimates numbered over 80,000 participants last year. This is an opportunity for you to be a part of one of Dayton’s most exciting events to happen in downtown.

Enclosed find the rules and regulations for vendors along with an application to be a part of our festival. We wish to provide a variety of vendors selling ethnic foods along with traditional festival foods, artisans showcasing their craft, and a variety of merchandise vendors. Our goal is to provide a venue that not only benefits our festival attendees but our vendors also. Products sold will be carefully monitored to avoid duplication. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
